Thundercross Safety, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Act and Information Sheet
Mandy, James, and the Thundercross crew prioritize Health & Safety at the Park. We regularly update our Safety Management plan to ensure a safe environment for all.
To emphasize the importance of safety for both riders and spectators, everyone must sign in at The Wool Shed and watch our induction video.
For those hiring a bike or seeking tuition, we provide Terms & Conditions plus Risk Disclosure forms as part of the booking process. These documents ensure hirers understand and agree to our safety protocols at Thundercross.
Our Information sheet contains everything riders and spectators need to know when visiting the Park. It serves as a comprehensive guide to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all.
Additionally, Thundercross adheres to privacy regulations outlined in the Privacy Act. We respect the privacy of our visitors and riders and ensure that all personal information collected is handled in accordance with legal requirements. Protecting your privacy is paramount to us, and we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal data.
