What happens when I arrive
When you roll into Thundercross, our team will greet you with a brief check-in. You’ll watch our safety video, sign in, confirm your details, chat through park rules, and get advice on the best track for your level if you want it. After we’ve covered safety, you’re ready to ride. If you need extra gear or support, just ask—we’re here to help make sure your time on the track starts smoothly.
What should supporters or family know
Supporters, friends, or family are welcome at Thundercross. There are shaded areas and picnic spots for relaxing while riders take on the park. Spectators must stay in marked safe zones, and younger visitors should be supervised. Well-behaved dogs on leads are allowed. If you have any questions about facilities or accessing areas, ask our team when you arrive. Everyone deserves a memorable, safe day out.
Are there facilities for clean-up after riding
After a solid day on Glen Murray dirt, it’s handy to freshen up. Thundercross has on-site wash-down facilities for bikes (Waterblasting is $20 per bike) and basic changing areas for riders. Toilets are available nearby. If you’re staying overnight you must book in advance, we’ll point out where you can park and set up.
How do park rules keep everyone safe on the tracks
Thundercross has clear track rules shaped by decades of experience. All riders attend a safety briefing, and helmets are always worn. We group sessions by ability to keep speeds and skills compatible. Flags, signs, and fencing show where to ride and where to steer clear. Our team is around to offer quick help. Respecting these rules is the surest way to keep the day on track for everyone.
